What We Won't Do

Most IT shops hide this list.
We think it's our best selling point.

We won't...

Upsell you

If your computer just needs a $50 fix, we're not going to convince you to buy a new one. We make money on the work we do, not the stuff we sell.

Mark up hardware

Need a new laptop? We'll tell you exactly what to buy and where. You pay retail, not retail plus our cut. We'd rather you trust us for the next 10 years than make an extra $200 today.

Create dependency

We document everything we do. We train your team. Our goal is to make you need us less, not more. If you can handle something yourself, we'll show you how.

Recommend unnecessary work

"While we're in there, we should also..." is something you'll never hear from us unless it's actually necessary. We fix what's broken. That's it.

Use buzzwords

No "synergy." No "leverage." No "solutions-oriented approach." We speak plain English because that's what works. If we can't explain something simply, we don't understand it well enough.

Promise what we can't deliver

We don't guarantee data recovery before we've assessed the drive. We don't promise AI will solve your problem before understanding your problem. Honesty about limitations is the baseline.

Hide our pricing

Every service page shows starting prices. We give quotes before we start work. No surprise bills, no "that'll be extra" after the fact.

Lock you in

No long-term contracts required. No proprietary systems only we can maintain. If you want to switch to someone else, we'll hand over all documentation and wish you well.

But we will...

Tell you when you don't need us

If the solution is Googling "how to restart router" or clicking one setting, we'll just tell you that. Free.

Explain what we're doing

You're paying for our expertise, not our mystique. We explain every problem and solution in plain language.

Charge fairly

Our prices reflect the work, not what we think you can afford to pay. Same rates for everyone.

Respond quickly

24-hour response time. Not 24-hour resolution (some things take time), but you'll always know we heard you.

Still here?

If this page didn't scare you off, we should probably talk.
